Our delivery charges are segmented into Zones (0-4), with various prices and thresholds.

The minimum order value for delivery is £50 for Zones 0-2 and £100 for Zone 3

Delivery within Sudbury and surrounding areas benefit from FREE Delivery! Min order value £50

Zone 1

Delivery to Halstead, Colchester, Braintree, Witham, Chelmsford, Clacton, Bury, Ipswich and Haverhill will incur a £15 delivery fee. Min order value £50

Zone 2

Delivery to Southend, Harwich, Felixstowe, Thetford, Stowmarket, Maldon, Cambridge, Brentwood and Newmarket will incur a £25 delivery fee. Min order value £50

Zone 3

Delivery to Romford, Epping, Bishops Stortford, St Neots, Peterborough, Diss and Harlow will incur a £45 delivery fee. Min order value £100

Zone 4

Please contact beforehand if you reside further from the locations listed. We may be able to deliver further afield if the order value is sufficient enough.

Delivery Information

We deliver all orders using our in-house delivery vehicles. Deliveries are typically made using 3.5T vehicles, allowing us to deliver to areas that larger vehicles may not be able to. Delivery is available to all residential or commercial postal addresses within our delivery areas.

We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days and will contact you within 24 hours of your order to confirm a date.

If an order is placed on the weekend we will confirm and allocate your delivery the next available working day

Please note that to combat fraud, we will not deliver to car parks, docks, fields, allotments or any other non residential postal address. Deliveries do not need to be signed for so we are still able deliver if you are not available on the day. Deliveries are typically made during the hours of 8am to 4pm, We can offer estimated time windows however this can vary and is traffic dependent. However, once an order has been delivered, all liability for the responsibility of your order is passed to you.

Delivery is kerbside only - this typically means on your front garden/driveway. Our delivery drivers are not permitted to deliver into back gardens, However in certain circumstances we can permit this.
